Introducing DataTorque's Costa Rica Placement Programme
You may have read in our post from October that we proudly opened our newest branch in San José, Costa Rica last year.
Well, it didn't take long before the rest of DataTorque started asking how they could work there, too. Not surprising, really - it is home to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and rainforests, some amazing food and culture, and some of the friendliest people around.
So, we decided to do something about it - and we're excited to announce our
Costa Rica Placement Programme.
New Zealand-based participants will work remotely from our San José office. The initiative encourages knowledge-sharing, team-building and cross-cultural understanding, and gives visiting staff the chance to strengthen relationships with our clients in the Americas and the Caribean.
Some of our people just couldn't wait - we've already sent over people lead extraordinaire Joe, service delivery wizard Sofia, expert developer Leandro, and infrastructure guru Mark - with more intrepid travellers lined up to have their passports stamped this year.
We're so excited about the opportunities this programme will bring to the DataTorque global family. Giving our people the chance to work with their colleagues around the world not only aligns with our mission for collective success, but also reinforces our values of collaboration, diversity, and employee wellbeing.
