Patuna Chasm

Our 2019 Christmas function took us on a mystery bus trip from the office on a two-hour journey over the Remutaka Hill that separates the Capital City from the wine growing rural region of the Wairarapa.

We were warned that we needed to be prepared to walk and to get our feet wet, and possibly knees wet, for the vertically challenged!

The mystery unfolded with morning tea in Martinborough (always a good start), then to the farm and a briefing that would take us on what has to be one of the most surprisingly beautiful walks in the region.
