DIFT Awards 2020

The DIFT Awards are our Oscars where we recognise our people who have exemplified our values of Determination, Ingenuity, Focus, Together and have gone above and beyond.  This month we celebrated their success with a ‘Mid-year Christmas’.  Congratulations to all our wonderful nominees and winners.

DETERMINATION - Cara Townsend was the glue between her team members on a tricky project turning it around at very critical time, keeping morale up, not shying away from hard conversations and delivering like a true heroine.  

INGENUITY - Florian Treier took on new responsibility as well as coming up with fresh solutions for some long running gnarly issues to make our product work even harder for our clients.

FOCUS - Giada Casapiccola was the quiet force in her team making things hum under pressure with her calm tenacity and amazing focus on completion and no fuss delivery. 

TOGETHER - While juggling many things, Mark Fairmaid miraculously kept everyone connected and able to continue working during Covid-19 lockdowns with IT infrastructure and a miriad of online collaboration tools that happily worked. 

TAKURUA Collective Success - A bundle of positive energy and with a genuine desire to help others Jono Capewell is our Overall Winner.  He is always patiently lending a hand and bringing others along for the ride even when it gets a bit bumpy. Jono epitomises our single organising idea of advancing together.
